Kale & cranberry salad

Ingredients

Serves 4

1x bunch fresh kale

½ cup dried cranberries

Dressing

15 ml raw honey

30 ml balsamic vinegar

30 ml olive oil

Pink Himalayan salt to taste

Method

  1. Wash the kale with a fruit & veg wash to remove any contaminants.
  2. Cut the kale into strips or larger pieces. Keep in the fridge for 30 minutes to crisp.
  3. Add the cranberries and dressing and mix well.
