1x bunch fresh kale
½ cup dried cranberries
15 ml raw honey
30 ml balsamic vinegar
30 ml olive oil
Pink Himalayan salt to taste
- Wash the kale with a fruit & veg wash to remove any contaminants.
- Cut the kale into strips or larger pieces. Keep in the fridge for 30 minutes to crisp.
- Add the cranberries and dressing and mix well.
